Thank you for purchasing a Prosura Rental Vehicle Excess Travel Insurance policy. 

A confirmation email is issued to your nominated email account once your payment has been received and the policy has been confirmed.

The email is usually received in a Customer's nominated email account within 30 minutes of their policy purchase.

If you have not received a confirmation email within 30 minutes of making payment, please check your SPAM or Junk email folder, or call us to confirm that your email address was not misspelt when you purchased the policy. 

It is also possible that your email may go into a grey list, which is a spam check system on a lot of email servers. If your confirmation email is in the grey list with your email host, then it can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 24 hours before your confirmation email delivered. There is nothing that Prosura or you, the Customer, can do about that, and usually it only happens the first time that you receive an email from the website.
